Actually, I don’t know how to change the battery.
Do i need a screw to open the back? I am not
joking… i seriously didn’t figure out how to do
it - that’s why i didn’t bother to bring any
battery.

I have a Pro model. For TI BA II Plus you need a screwdriver, here is the link with instructions:

I saw a person bring in a travelling suitcase to the exam hall….
Well, that is quite understandable. If you have to travel to the test centre, you probably travel the night before and leave for airport/station straight after w/o returning to the hotel, take some staff to cram

I brought 10 pencils, all well-sharpened. I actually used five and this was for L3, which only requires pencils in the PM. Instead of wasting type sharpening, or risking running out of lead, or getting frustrated because my lame sharpener keeps breaking my pencil, I simply put a dull pencil down and picked up a fresh one. Some wiseacre always notices this each year (this year a proctor made a joke) but I’m not worried about looking like an uncool CFA candidate!

I was amazed at the type of pencils they make these days. Some of them looked so weird. One guy had pencils that looked like spaceships. Blew my mind
